5 Essential Oils to Combat Haze

How is the haze affecting us?

A smoke haze is cause by winds bringing in tiny particles of ash from the raging forest fires in Sumatra, Indonesia. These particles are called PM10. Breathing in an excess of these particles can increase a person's risk of developing viral and bacterial infections. 

Existing health conditions such as eczema, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and eye diseases like conjunctivitis are made worse by air pollution. Even healthy people can suffer from irriation in the eyes, nose and throat, coughing and sneezing, if they spend time outdoors during a smoke haze. 

What can you do about it?

Fortunately, help can come in a form of essential oil, which is safe, painless, effective, organic and healthy!

1. Soil Aromatherapy Peppermint Essential Oil

The first oil we would like to introduce to you is our Soil Aromatherapy Peppermint Essential Oil. This oil will be effective for nasal irritation. 5. Soil Aromatherapy Sandalwood Essential Oil
