How is the haze affecting us?
A smoke haze is cause by winds bringing in tiny particles of ash from the raging forest fires in Sumatra, Indonesia. These particles are called PM10. Breathing in an excess of these particles can increase a person's risk of developing viral and bacterial infections.
Existing health conditions such as eczema, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and eye diseases like conjunctivitis are made worse by air pollution. Even healthy people can suffer from irriation in the eyes, nose and throat, coughing and sneezing, if they spend time outdoors during a smoke haze.

3. Soil Aromatherapy Lavender Essential Oil

Microbes don’t stand a chance against this oil, since it is a highly effective antimicrobial substance. Our fourth suggestion is none other than Tea Tree oil! It can kill and keep away certain microbes (protozoa) which are responsible for causing severe tropical fevers and malaria. Talk about super oils.
5. Soil Aromatherapy Sandalwood Essential Oil
