Exchange & Return Policy

Here at AuNude, we strive to make every customer truly satisfied with their purchase. We pride ourselves with sending out items that have passed our quality checks. We do not want our customers to receive anything less than that.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS

AuNude will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged. Please email us  immediately after item is received and we will allow an exchange for the same item or another item with equivalent value or higher should the item you want is unavailable. Alternatively, you may opt for credits off your next purchase. Please take note that should you like to exchange for an item with a lower value than your purchased item, we do not give credits for the remaining balance.

As soon as your returned items reached our office, we will sent you an email notification.

 Exchange for item must be done within 10 days of receiving item. We are sorry that we will not entertain any request for exchange of the faulty item should we receive the notification later than this time frame.

PURCHASES AT RETAIL OUTLET

For purchases made other than via www.aunude.com, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their return and exchange policy. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of product unless it was purchased through www.aunude.com

EXCHANGE / RETURN

AuNude may allow for an exchange of products on a case by case basis. Exchange will only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Products purchased via AuNude Online (www.aunude.com)
  2. Products must be unopened and in the original condition
  3. Products must be sent back within 10 days from original receipt of goods.
  4. Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.  

Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange being denied.

Any returns will automatically be issued with Credits that will allow you to visit our site to purchase a different item. Our Credits do not expire.

Do take note that

  1. No cash refunds are allowed
  2. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office.
  3. We strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel.
  4. Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
  5. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the customers other than wrong product sent. 
  6. We do not reimburse shipping cost. 

NO OBLIGATION TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

AuNude reserves the right not to accept any requests for a return or exchange and retains the discretion not to provide a reason for AuNude’s decision.

For the avoidance of doubt, products that are marked or otherwise indicated as “Final Sale” or other similar expressions are not eligible for return or exchange.
